| We are located in the 1000 Island Region of the St. Lawrence River, located in Northern Jefferson County, a recreational area with both year round and seasonal homes. The 1000 Islands is the border area of the United States and Canada.
The range of seasonal and year round residences vary tremendously in size and dollar value. Comparable sales are usually a long distance apart due to the infrequency of sales and the mostly rural nature of the area. There are over 10,000 occasional units within Jefferson County.
